Wing Nuts

Perhaps our most popular spicy flavor, we glaze the Wing Nuts with a spicy wing sauce at the very end of the roasting process.  A nice medium heat level with that great wing flavor. Through extensive (and ongoing) research we’ve been able to determine that the Wing Nut almonds and cashews go great with a malted, fermented beverage (or a nice blue cheese, for that matter).  Of course, independent confirmation of our research is always welcome!  And the Wing Nut slivered almonds in a salad with a blue cheese dressing and perhaps some rotisserie chicken is a quick and simple meal after a busy day!
