Watermelon

This flavor was someone else’s idea, and honestly I wasn’t sure I could make it work – but I did! They remind me of a watermelon Jolly Rancher, only considerably better for you (mind you, it’s not much of a challenge to make something better for you than a Jolly Rancher – they’re great, but they’re pretty much pure sugar!).  The Watermelon pecans are actually really fun on vanilla ice cream, and are killer added to a fruit salad just before you serve it.
